⚠️ Very disappointing billing experience. AutoPay was set up only yesterday, and ₹699 was deducted from my account today without my knowledge or intentional authorization. The platform shows content as “Watch Free,” but access is not actually free and the payment terms are not clear. I have requested a refund, but this needs urgent attention. Users should be clearly informed before such a large amount is automatically deducted.

Very disappointing experience. I downloaded the app because I saw one of the stories advertised and wanted to watch it. However, after opening the app, I couldn't even find the story that was advertised. I immediately deleted my account because I had no reason to continue using the app. Despite deleting my account right away, ₹699 was automatically debited from my account. I never intended to subscribe or continue using the service. This is extremely frustrating and feels very misleading.

The AutoPay process was not clear enough, and getting a refund is also difficult. I cancelled the AutoPay, but I am still unhappy with the way the subscription and payment system works. Users should be clearly informed before any automatic payment is deducted. I would not recommend Quick TV unless the payment and refund policies are made more transparent.
